Stephanie Florio is the co-founder of Swob Inc., a company launched in May 2017 that simplifies job searching for students through innovative technology. Prior to this venture, Stephanie held various roles including Account Executive at BIMM and Project Coordinator at Ariad Communications, where responsibilities included project management and client relations. Additional experience includes positions such as Event Coordinator at thinkCOMPASS, Intern at Bell Media - etalk, and Brand Ambassador at Michael Kors. An earlier role as a Sales Associate at Michaels Stores, Inc. provided foundational retail experience. Stephanie's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from York University and a summer course in Fashion/Apparel Design from Parsons School of Design.
