Jesse Konig's work experience includes being the Co-Founder and Professor of Swizzology at Swizzler, a food truck business focused on serving high-quality, grass-fed beef and hand-cut fries. They were involved in the company from its start in 2014. Additionally, Jesse served as the Head Coach of the Wake Forest University Women's Club Soccer Team from January 2011 to May 2014. They also worked as a URECA Research Fellow at Wake Forest University, conducting research on the university's Directed Self-Placement Program and presenting their findings at various conferences. Jesse received a research stipend to work on a project analyzing convocation speeches and identifying changes in Higher Education. This role lasted from May 2012 to August 2012.

Jesse Konig completed their high school education at Freehold Township High School from 2006 to 2010. Afterward, they pursued further education and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English with Honors from Wake Forest University from 2010 to 2014.
