Shehani Udawatta Edirisinghe is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in diverse roles. Currently serving as Assistant Manager of Human Resources at both Swivel Group and Swivel Tech since October 2021, Shehani has received recognition as the Swivel Rising Star 2021 and has been nominated for the Director's Award. Previously, at Würth Lanka (Pvt) Ltd from September 2019 to September 2021, Shehani was the Department Head for Human Resources and earned the Manager of the Year 2020 award. Additional accolades include management of a compliance role and recognition for outstanding performance in employee engagement and crisis management during the Covid pandemic. Shehani's experience also encompasses teaching as an Instructor at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and a role in design and development at Noyon Lanka - MAS Fabrics. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Science Honors degree in Applied Sciences from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, among others.
