Rudiger J. Ellis (Rudy) has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 1998 when they were a Product Analyst for Eidos Interactive Ltd. In 1999, they held two positions, as an Assistant Producer II for EA Sports and a Support Engineer for Premier Retail Networks. In 2001, they became the Network Operations Manager for XOS Technologies, Inc. In 2007, they were the Director of Network Operations for JumpTV. From 2008 to 2011, they were the Director of Streaming Services for NeuLion Inc. From 2011 to 2013, they were the Director of Digital Broadcasts and Live Services and the Director of Streaming Services for XOS Digital. In 2013, they became the CEO and Co-Founder of Joicaster. In 2016, they became the CEO of Switchboard Live, a company that provides professional live streamers and media production teams the power to multi-publish live video. In 2019, they became a Board Member for Philly Startup Leaders.

Rudiger J. Ellis (Rudy) attended Howard University from 1994 to 1997, studying Computer Science.
