Alison Tincknell serves as the Director of Studies for FdSc/BSc (Hons) Sports Performance at the University of Bath since September 2008, managing course operations and leading curricula transformations. Alison also lectures in Sport Psychology, teaching various units, while previously holding roles as a Research Associate, Teaching Fellow, and Athlete Lifestyle Support Advisor, providing athlete support and coordinating lifestyle services. In addition, Alison is actively involved in the World Flying Disc Federation as Chairperson of the International Athletes' Commission, serves as GB Performance Director at UK Ultimate Ltd, and has been associated with Switch The Play. With a background in anti-doping education as a National Trainer for UK Anti-Doping, Alison holds a PhD in Sport Psychology from the University of Birmingham.
