Sreenivasulu Reddy currently serves as the Head of Simulations and Analytics at Switch Mobility, leading teams in Analytics, Simulations, and CAE, with a focus on electric vehicle analytics encompassing descriptive, diagnostic, prognostic, and predictive analytics. Previously, Sreenivasulu held the position of Team Manager in CAE Product Development at Royal Enfield, where responsibilities included managing CAE activities, developing testing methodologies, coordinating with international designers, and driving continuous improvements in operations. Earlier experience includes roles as Manager of CAE Product Development at TVS Motor Company, focusing on new product development and value engineering, and as a Project Associate at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, where solutions to industrial challenges were developed. Sreenivasulu holds an M.S. in Thermal Engineering from IIT Madras and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Andhra University College of Engineering.
