Nikki Roadcap, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Nikki is currently employed at Swissport as the Senior Director Financial Planning Analysis (Interim) and has been working there since April 2023. Nikki also holds the role of Director of Process Improvement at the same company since November 2022.

Prior to their current position, Nikki worked at Signature Flight Support for a significant period.
