Luke Endsor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in performance management and analytics within the aviation and transport sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Global Performance & Analytics at Swissport since May 2017, Luke has also held roles such as Manager of Global Performance & Analytics and Head of Operations Support Ground Handling. Prior experience includes serving as Station Manager at Arriva Trains Wales and various managerial positions at Tesco, where Luke oversaw project management and technical support teams. Initial experience included managing operations at Servisair, where key responsibilities encompassed ensuring compliance with service standards and managing team dynamics. Luke holds a B.A. in Geography from the University of Plymouth and has a solid educational foundation in business studies and geography.
