Philipp Stamm serves as the Group Director of Legal & Compliance at SMG Swiss Marketplace Group since April 2022, overseeing the organization of the legal department. Prior to this role, Philipp was the Rechtskonsulent and Leiter Rechtsdienst at TX Group AG from January 2020 to April 2022, managing the legal department and ensuring compliance across various legal areas. Philipp also held the position of Head of Legal at Goldbach Group AG from January 2011 to January 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing legal services and handling corporate compliance. Earlier experience includes practicing as a lawyer at Bihrer Rechtsanwälte AG, leading the main branch of Verband Schweizerischer Vermögensverwalter, assisting in intellectual property law at the University of Zurich, serving as an auditor at the Bezirksgericht Zürich, and working as a project assistant at McKinsey & Company. Philipp Stamm holds a Master's degree in Jurastudium from the University of Zurich.
