Faye Mellor is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources. Currently serving as HR Manager at Swisslog since March 2013, Faye has developed expertise in recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, TUPE, absence management, policies and procedures, succession planning, and training and development. Previous roles include Senior HR Generalist at KUKA Systems UK from January 2018 to December 2021, and HR Administrator positions at Bureau Veritas and Core Assets Fostering. Faye holds an Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management from Solihull College, as well as a CIPD Level Five Intermediate Certificate in Human Resource Management/Development.
