Robert Murone began their work experience in 1993 at Owens Global Logistics as an Airfreight and Seafreight Operations Officer. Robert then moved on to become an Airfreight Operations Manager before leaving the company in 2003. After that, they joined Airwave Australia as a Logistics Manager from 2003 to 2005. From 2005 to 2016, they worked at Azpa Pharmaceuticals as an Operations Manager. Currently, they are working at Swisse Wellness as an Operations Manager, starting in April 2016.

Robert Murone completed their education at two institutions. From 1986 to 1991, they attended St Bernard's College, where they pursued their VCE (Victorian Certificate of Education). Later, from 2012 to 2015, Robert obtained a Graduate Diploma in Business Management and HR Management from OTEN. In addition to their formal education, they have also completed several certifications through LinkedIn, including "Building Resilience as a Leader," "Managing Temporary and Contract Employees," "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers," "Leading Productive Meetings," "Project Management Foundations: Teams," "Six Sigma: Black Belt," "Developing Investment Acumen," "Start Young for Your Best Retirement," "Finance Foundations," "Managing Your Personal Investments," "Six Sigma: Green Belt," "Learning Minitab," "Statistics Foundations: 3," "Operational Excellence Foundations," "Six Sigma Foundations," "Statistics Foundations: 2," "Body Language for Leaders," "Enhancing Team Innovation," "Mentoring Others," and "Motivating and Engaging Employees." The certifications were received between 2018 and 2020.
