Head Of Organisational Learning at Swisscard AECS

Beatrice Zemp has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Beatrice started their career in 1991 as a Luftverkehrsangestellte at Swissair / SAirGroup / Swissport and worked in various roles until 1999. From 1999 to 2002, they worked as a Supervisor Ticket Desk at Qualiflyer Airport Customer Center. Beatrice then moved on to Swisscard AECS AG, where they worked as a Call Center Line Trainer from 2002 to 2004. In 2004, they joined Swisscard AECS GmbH and held the positions of Senior Trainer / Stv. Head of Organisational Learning until 2010. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as a Dozentin CAS Banking Operations at Back Office Academy (Institut für Wirtschaftsinformatik Universität St. Gallen). Beatrice then returned to Swisscard AECS GmbH, where they served as the Head of Organisational Learning from 2011 to 2019. In 2019, they briefly held the position of Head of Organisational Learning & Internal Communications at Swisscard AECS GmbH.

Beatrice Zemp's education history includes several qualifications in business administration and communications. In 2008, they attended the SIB Schweizerisches Institut für Betriebsökonomie, where they obtained a Betriebswirtschafterin HF degree. In 2016, they enrolled at the HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich and completed a CAS Strategisches Kommunikationsmanagement program. From 2016 to 2018, they pursued a Master of Advanced Studies ZFH in Business Communications at the same institution. In 2017, Beatrice Zemp briefly attended the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, obtaining certificates in both CAS Internal & Change Communications and CAS Corporate Communication. In 2018, they participated in a CAS Unternehmensführung program at HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich.
