Stefano Buonaiuto has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Stefano currently holds the position of Head of IT Operations at Swiss International Air Lines since March 2021. Prior to this, they were the Head of IT Architecture & Interaction Design at the same company from August 2019 to March 2021. From 2008 to 2019, they worked as the Regional Director of Organisation Development for South West Europe at SSI Schäfer AG. Before that, they were the CEO of sprech IT gmbh from December 2007 to May 2008. Stefano also worked as the Head of Project Management at salce + partner ag from September 2003 to November 2007. Stefano started their career as a System Engineer at MTF Schaffhausen AG from August 1999 to January 2002.

Stefano Buonaiuto obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Wirtschaftsinformatik - Information Security from Fernfachhochschule Schweiz, where they studied from 2011 to 2016.
