Daniel Benninger is an accomplished academic and business leader with extensive experience in digital transformation, big data, and analytics. Currently serving as a lecturer and head of several postgraduate programs at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts since 2014, Daniel also holds the position of founding member and president of Digital Academy Switzerland. As managing partner of Sawubona GmbH and member of the board of directors at SWISS TXT, Daniel contributes to strategic initiatives in the digital space. Previous roles include head of ICT at Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority and ICT manager at Swisscom. Daniel holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of Bern and multiple certifications in mediation, conflict resolution, and change management.
