Margaux KÄLIN BUCHER is currently the Group Human Resources Manager at Swiss Steel Group, where Margaux also holds the title of Global HR Business Partner. Prior to this, Margaux was an HR Business Partner at Brenntag Group, a Human Resources Development Manager/HR Business Partner at PSB INDUSTRIES GROUP, a Corporate HR Development Officer at Somfy, and an HR Officer in various roles at Hager Group. Margaux holds an MBA in International Business Management from The International School of Management (ISM) and a Master 2 in International Business Management from ISG Institut Supérieur de Gestion. Margaux also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Operations & Management from UC Irvine.
