Jim Pearse is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in private equity and investment management. Currently serving as Vice President of Innovative Risk Solutions and Principal Investments & Acquisitions at Swiss Re, Jim manages a global portfolio of approximately $3.0 billion in direct private equity investments. Additionally, Jim acts as an advisor to Stage Fund, focusing on buyout investments in early-stage businesses requiring strategic restructuring. Previous roles include Technology Investor at Crest Rock Partners, Private Equity Investor at Stone Point Capital, and Investment Banking Analyst at Citi, with early experience gained at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and Morgan Stanley. Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Public Health from The Johns Hopkins University and a Master of Arts in International Economics from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.
