Ingo Titschack serves as the Head of Information Research at Swiss Re, a role held since September 2011, with responsibilities including Knowledge and Records Management and Client Support across locations in Hong Kong, Zürich, and Armonk. Ingo has also contributed as a part-time lecturer in Information Science at The University of Applied Sciences HTW Chur from February 2014 to September 2024. Prior to these roles, Ingo held the position of Director at WestLB AG from 1998 to August 2011, where the focus was on building and maintaining a central Information portal and newsroom. Ingo began a career in information services as the Leiter of the Sparkassenzentralbibliothek for the Deutscher Sparkassen- und Giroverband from 1990 to 1998, developing the Information center for the German savings banks association. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Mediation from FernUniversität in Hagen (2002-2006) and a Master's degree in Philosophy from the University of Hamburg (1983-1988).
