Alexandra Roesen is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in corporate transactions and legal counsel. Currently serving as a Corporate Legal Counsel at Swiss Re, Alexandra has previously held the position of Senior Legal Counsel for Corporate Transactions through Interim Legal AG. Prior experience includes roles at Vontobel as Legal Counsel via Flex Suisse, as well as practicing as an Attorney at Law with Kellerhals Carrard and EY. Alexandra pursued education at the University of Basel from 2012 to 2013 and completed a program at the Supreme Court of the Canton of Zurich between 2016 and 2017. A brief career break was taken for personal goal pursuit.
