Thymaya Payne serves as the Director of Advancement at Swiss Institute since August 2023, focusing on fundraising, strategic communication, and brand enhancement. With extensive experience in film and media, Thymaya has been a Senior Producer at SB Films since September 2006, producing award-winning feature films and short films, including "Live Cargo." Previous roles include Senior Creative Producer and Head of Story at E1 Technology, where Thymaya led story development for an ed-tech venture, and Senior Creative Producer/Director/Consultant at Estudio Thymaya, producing content for various industries. As Managing Partner and Creative Director at NPTA Spirits, Thymaya oversaw marketing and content for a philanthropic spirits company. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts from The American Film Institute and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Chicago, along with executive education at Harvard Business School and training at Upright Citizens Brigade.
