Patrick Wegmann is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting, finance, and operations. Currently serving as Chairman and Managing Director at Lifetec AG since October 2016, Wegmann oversees consulting, services, finance, and legal operations for innovative medical emergency devices. Additionally, Wegmann holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors at SWISS GRC and has been a member of the Advisory Board at the University of Basel since October 2001, where Wegmann also lectures in Financial Risk Management. Previous leadership roles include Vice Chairman at ifund services AG and Head of Product Solutions for Enterprise Risk at both Refinitiv and Thomson Reuters. Wegmann co-founded AVANON AG and earned a Doctorate in Financial Economics from the University of St.Gallen.
