Stefano Perucchi is a legal professional with extensive experience, currently serving as a Partner and Attorney at Law at Kellerhals Carrard since September 2017, where involvement includes leadership roles in various practice groups such as Intellectual Property, Sports Law, Corporate-M&A, and Privacy & Data Protection. Additional roles include serving on the Disciplinary Chamber of Swiss Basketball and as an Executive Board Member of both the Swiss LegalTech Association and LegalLAB. Prior to these positions, Stefano Perucchi gained significant experience as a Senior Associate and Junior Associate at PSMLaw SA and worked as In-house Legal Counsel for Ferrari. Academic qualifications include an LL.M from the University of Minnesota Law School and a CAS for Judicial Studies from HES-SO Haute école spécialisée de Suisse occidentale.
