Talal Al Hassan, MSc, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Talal began their career in 2003 as a Medical Representative at Chiron Vaccines. In 2008, they joined Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics, Inc. as a Sales Manager, where they were responsible for managing and leading a 6-member sales team to ensure high individual and team performance. In 2010, they moved to Alcon as a Sales and Tenders Business Manager, where they were responsible for managing all supply chains and overseas shipments from the manufacturing site to local distributors and government hospitals or institutions. In 2019, they took on the role of Medical Director/ MENA at SAV-IOL.

Talal Al Hassan completed their Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine from Jordan University of Science and Technology in 2003. Talal then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Pharmacology from the same university in 2013. In 2015, they received a CBM certification from Pioneer Pacific College. Talal then completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from Al-Balqa' Applied University BAU in 2017.
