Alexandre Pascarella has worked in various roles in the engineering and technology sectors. From 2016 to present, they have served as the CEO, COO, and R&D Director at SAV-IOL. From 2014 to 2016, they were the Quality Manager/Regulatory at HL Technology, where they were responsible for Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Regulatory Affairs, and ISO 13485. From 2010 to 2014, they were the Production Manager at SAV-IOL SA, where they worked on ophthalmic implants, optical design, and machining production processes. From 2008 to 2010, they completed their Master Thesis at Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne (EPFL), where they studied heat transfer capabilities of a fluid cooling system integrated at the microstructured interface of CMOS layers in a 3D stacked chip.

Alexandre Pascarella has an education history that began in 1999 when they attended Gymnase de Beaulieu - Lausanne and earned a Maturit\u00e9 F\u00e9d\u00e9rale in maths/physique. From 2002 to 2009, they attended EPFL (\u00c9cole polytechnique f\u00e9d\u00e9rale de Lausanne) and earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Microtechnique. In 2010, they attended Universit\u00e9 de Berne and completed a Formation en gestion de projet in Gestion de projet.
