Alyssa Mays, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at Swish Dental, starting in October 2022. Prior to this role, Mays held various HR positions at Ottobock from July 2017 to July 2022, including HR Manager, Human Resources Business Partner, Sr. HR Generalist, and HR Generalist. Mays demonstrated expertise in HR integration processes, employee retention strategies, and talent management, successfully integrating HR into multiple acquisitions and enhancing employee training and benefits programs. Earlier experiences include serving as Staffing Supervisor at L.K. Jordan & Associates and Office Manager at Trey Jackson Motors. Mays holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Texas State University - San Marcos.
