Burair H. Zaidi has extensive work experience in project management and engineering roles. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a BSS/MW Engineer at Augere Pakistan (Private) Limited, where their responsibilities included troubleshooting and configuring Huawei DBS3900 and working on iManager M2000 for NEs configuration. Burair H. Zaidi, then moved on to become the Supervisor of the Complaint Resolution Unit (CRU) and Sales Quality Assurance Desk (SQAD), where they handled technical complaints regarding internet services and ensured timely resolutions. In 2015, they transitioned to the role of a Sr. Access Network Engineer, focusing on troubleshooting and integration of Huawei DBS3900 and microwave link installations. Burair H. Zaidi, managed nationwide installations of fiber, radio, Wimax, and LTE at SharpTel from 2017 to 2018, successfully completing over 200 Wimax, 30+ LTE, and 250+ fiber/radio installations. Since 2019, Burair has worked as a Project Manager at SELTEQ, where they coordinate cross-discipline team members, resolves issues, and organizes sprint retrospective meetings and daily scrums. Burair H. Zaidi, is currently a Scrum Master at SwipBox, a role they started in 2023.

Burair H. Zaidi has a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical (Telecommunications) Engineering from COMSATS Institute of Information and Technology, which they earned from 2007 to 2011. Burair H. Zaidi, then pursued a Master's Degree in Project Management from the Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology, attaining it from 2019 to 2020. In addition to their formal education, Burair has obtained various certifications. These include the Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) certification from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in June 2022, and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2020. Burair H. Zaidi, has also acquired certifications in Learning SQL Programming, Agile: It's Not Just for Software, Solving Business Problems, Conflict Resolution Foundations, and Managing Project Stakeholders from LinkedIn. Furthermore, Burair has completed courses in Free Lancing and Word Press from DigiSkills.pk, and in Wireless Local Loop from NAVTEC Pakistan.
