Jame George has extensive work experience in the field of cybersecurity and program management. Jame is currently employed as a Cyber Security Lead/Deputy CISO at Swingtech since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Principal Cybersecurity Consultant at BD16Solutions starting in November 2022.

Jame's longest tenure was at Alpha Omega Integration, LLC, where they held multiple roles. From November 2017 to October 2022, they were a Director of Client Services, responsible for providing technical program management, cyber security, and modernization support to multiple contracts at various organizations including USDA, Navy, HHS, IHS, HRSA, and HUD. In this role, they oversaw projects involving cloud migration, implementation of RPA, DevSecOps, ISCM, smart observability, and AIOps. Jame also supported risk management activities for multiple clients.

Before becoming Director, Jame served as a Senior Program Manager at Alpha Omega Integration, LLC from November 2014 to November 2017. Jame also worked as a Program Project Manager from August 2006 to October 2014, overseeing two SBA 5-year contracts and managing over 25 applications and an infrastructure consisting of Solaris and Oracle DB. During this time, they implemented BI reporting on IBM Cognos and later migrated all Cognos cubes to MSFT SSAS/SSRS/SSIS.

Jame's earlier career includes working as an Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton from March 2003 to August 2006, and as a Senior Consultant at Optimos from June 1997 to February 2002. Jame also worked as a Consultant in various roles from June 1994 to June 1996.

Jame George has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Project Management from Aspen University. Jame also holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from TKIET(Autonomous), WARANANAGAR.
