Jessica Horn has a strong background in various roles within different companies. Jessica is currently working as a Principal at SwingSearch since December 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Associate and Associate at Aequitas Partners from December 2018 to May 2020 and May 2020 to December 2021, respectively. In their role at Aequitas Partners, they focused on executive search for healthcare technology and services companies.

Before that, Jessica held the position of Eastern USA Account Manager and Clinical Sales Specialist at Circle Cardiovascular Imaging Inc. from 2017 to 2018, where they managed customer relationships and identified new business opportunities. Jessica also worked as a Student at PrepMD, LLC from 2016 to 2017 and as a Vacation Customer Support Specialist at Inspirato with American Express from 2014 to 2016.
