Carrie Shaeffer is an experienced professional in the construction industry, currently serving as Vice President and Director of Aviation at Swinerton since October 2014. Under Carrie's leadership, the Government division operates across the western United States, specializing in design/build and bid-build projects for organizations such as USACE, NAVFAC, NASA, and the VA. Previously, Carrie held the role of Vice President at Barton Malow Company from 2002 to 2014, and served on the Board of Directors for LCAA from 2001 to 2009. Early career positions included Senior Project Manager and Senior Estimator at Beers Construction Company and Project Director at Skanska USA, both from 1989 to 2002. Carrie earned a BA in Building Construction and Economics from Auburn University, completing the degree in 1989.
