Esty Sharkawi currently serves as the Registrar and Director of Student Engagement at Swinburne University of Technology Sarawak Campus since September 2019. Previously, Esty held the position of University Registrar and Director of Student Administration at Muscat University from July 2016 to July 2018. Esty's extensive experience at Swinburne University includes roles as Manager of studentHQ and Manager of Student Services, where leadership was provided for various student support services. Esty began professional career as Director at Herts Lettings Ltd from March 2005 to June 2009. Esty holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources and International Business from the University of Miami, alongside a primary education from Bukit Bintang Girls School Kuala Lumpur and a secondary education from Tunku Kurshiah College.
