Jessica Pierce is the Founder and CEO of Career Connectors, a nonprofit organization established in 2009 that specializes in empowering individuals during career transitions and assisting employers with recruitment through comprehensive services. Jessica also serves as a Consultant, Keynote Speaker, and Leadership Coach at Thrive139, a consulting firm focused on culture and people strategy, aiding leaders and organizations in aligning their talent and culture with their missions since 2007. Prior to these roles, Jessica held various positions at Intel Corporation from 1997 to 2007, including Professional Development Manager and Corporate Trainer, where responsibilities encompassed organizational development initiatives and instructor management. Jessica holds an MBA in Business Management from Franklin University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from the University of Phoenix.
