Victor Mohanty is an analytics professional with extensive experience in business analysis and data-driven decision-making. Currently serving as a Senior Manager Analytics at Swiggy since March 2019, Victor has held multiple roles including Lead Business Analyst and Senior Business Analyst. Prior to Swiggy, Victor worked at Novartis and Ola (ANI Technologies Pvt. Ltd), where responsibilities included developing analytical dashboards and leading city analytics teams for targeted marketing initiatives. Victor began a career at Mu Sigma Inc. as a Trainee Decision Scientist, focusing on print effectiveness and data wrangling processes. Academically, Victor holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela and completed early education at DPS Ranchi.
