Arun Sivakumar has extensive experience in operations and business management, currently serving as Director of Ads Monetization at Swiggy since August 2018, with previous roles including Cluster Business Head for South & West and various leadership positions managing P&L and regional operations. Prior to Swiggy, Arun worked at Quess Corp Limited from August 2015 to August 2018 as a Program Manager focusing on predictive maintenance and B2B e-commerce, and at Hinduja Group Limited from June 2014 to July 2015 as an Associate in Product Management. Arun began a career in engineering at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited from July 2010 to June 2012, contributing to operations and materials management. Arun holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
