Anup Pradhan is an experienced leader in user research and consumer insights, currently serving as Vice President - Head, User Research, Insights and Behaviour Science at Swiggy since September 2019. In this role, Anup oversees the Central User Research and Consumer Insights functions and is responsible for establishing the Behaviour Science unit to enhance understanding of consumer behaviour. Anup's educational background includes an MBA in Marketing from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Bachelor in Commerce from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
