Kriti Uppal serves as the Lead Analyst at Swiggy Dineout since July 2022, where significant initiatives such as Deal of the Day and Happy Hours led to a 12% revenue increase for restaurant partners. Kriti has successfully managed the entire execution of the Great Indian Restaurant Festival, driving operational efficiency and developing tailored resources for the sales team. Previously, Kriti worked as a Business Analyst at Dineout from May 2018 to July 2022, contributing to improved project delivery and strategic program development. Recognized as Most Valuable Player twice, Kriti introduced Google Data Studio to enhance data tracking and decision-making. Kriti holds an MBA in Finance and HR from Subharti University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Amity University, in addition to a high school and 10th grade diploma from Lancer's Convent.
