Whitney Sun has a breadth of experience in various industries and roles. From 2013 to 2014, they worked at Wells Fargo Securities in the Principal Investing division, focusing on the retail and healthcare sectors. Whitney then joined 99 Cents Only Stores, where they were involved in strategic planning from 2014 to 2016. Whitney then transitioned to The Walt Disney Company, where they had two distinct roles. From 2016 to 2017, they worked in strategy and planning. Following that, they spent four years in product marketing and brand strategy from 2017 to 2021. Whitney then joined National Veterinary Associates, where they worked in marketing for pet resorts from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are working at Swiftly in a product marketing role.
Whitney Sun completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree at The Wharton School, focusing on Economics with concentrations in Finance and Marketing. Following this, they pursued an MBA at the UCLA Anderson School of Management, expected to be completed in 2021.
