Alexandra Leake has worked in a variety of industries since 2010. Alexandra began their career as an Attractions Hostess and Main Entrance Greeter at Walt Disney World in 2010. In 2012, they became a Student Activities Event Assistant at Washtenaw Community College, where they managed, motivated, and scheduled 8 staff members in the college community center. In 2014, they became a Customer Service Representative at Thetford Corporation, North America, providing top-notch customer service to customers in a fast paced call center. In 2015, they held two internships at ProQuest. From 2016 to 2020, they were a Customer Account Representative at American Soy Products, Inc., advocating for customers while effectively collaborating with internal, cross-functional teams. In 2020, they began their current role as a Customer Success Manager at SwiftComply, acting as the main point of contact for key stakeholders and managing and maintaining great long-term relationships with clients.
Alexandra Leake has a Bachelor of Science in Technology Management from Eastern Michigan University and an Associate's of Occupational Studies from Washtenaw Community College. Alexandra has also obtained several certifications, including Agile Foundations from LinkedIn in April 2020, Introduction to Big Data from Coursera Course Certificates in February 2018, Business Analysis Foundations and Insights from a Business Analyst from Lynda.com in November 2017, and Data Science 101 Certificate from IBM Cognitive Class.
