Marcel Fleck is an experienced aviation professional currently serving as Country Manager for Germany and BeNeLux at Swiftair S.A. since October 2022. Prior to this role, Marcel held the position of Director of Ground Operations at CargoLogic Germany from August 2018 to August 2022. Marcel's career in the aviation sector began at GlobeGround Berlin, where training as a Luftverkehrskaufmann took place between August 2005 and July 2008. Subsequent positions included Cargo Operations Coordinator and Senior Regional Cargo Operations Agent for Central and Eastern Europe at Qatar Airways from September 2011 to July 2018, as well as Administrator for Ground Operations and Flight Safety at Cirrus Airlines from August 2008 to August 2011.
