Rob Harteveld has extensive experience at SWIFT, having served since April 2005 in various managerial roles such as Lead Operational Readiness and SWIFT EMEA Project Manager, where responsibilities included project management and technical sales support for Market Infrastructure initiatives. Harteveld has successfully managed community migration projects, led customer support teams across geographical and language divisions, and maintained key client relationships to ensure the delivery of SWIFT's Premium Plus components. Prior roles from 1987 to 2004 included managerial positions in customer support and service management, reflecting a strong foundation in client and operational services. Additionally, Harteveld holds an education from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management.
