Gertjan van Niftrik has extensive experience in the construction and infrastructure sectors, currently serving as Manager Operations Internationaal and Project Leader for Belgium and Luxembourg at SWIETELSKY RAIL BENELUX B.V. since July 2018. In addition, Gertjan has held the position of Uitvoerder at SWIETELSKY CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LTD since February 2015, focusing on preparing and managing construction projects. Prior to this, Gertjan operated as a Zelfstandig ondernemer in the Infra Sector with Van Niftrik Bouw & Infra Support from June 2013 to January 2015, and completed an internship as a project coordinator at Gemeente Helmond. Gertjan has also gained experience as a project developer intern and an assistant project manager during previous internships. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management and Innovation, and an Engineering degree in Construction Management from Avans University of Applied Sciences, along with early studies in Physiotherapy.
