Bilal Mehmood has a strong background in technical recruiting and customer service. Bilal started their career at PTCL in 2007, where they served as a Customer Services Supervisor. During their time there, they provided support in various departments and received recognition for their exceptional performance. Bilal then moved on to work at GBR as a Technical Recruiter, sourcing candidates from job boards, contacting them for relevant positions, and arranging interviews. In 2012, Bilal joined Sublime Wireless as a Technical Recruiter, focusing on hiring for the company.

From 2003 to 2005, Bilal Mehmood attended Hajvery University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a focus on E-Commerce/Electronic Commerce.
