Troy Herr is an experienced professional with a strong background in engineering and management across various industries. Currently serving as Field Manager at SWF Industrial Inc. since November 2019, Troy provides leadership and support to teams of foremen, welders, mechanics, and millwrights while coordinating activities between the shop and field operations. Prior to this role, Troy held the position of VP of Field Operations at Axcess Industries, where guidance was provided to enhance quality and efficiency in the Industrial and Electrical sectors. Additional experience includes project management roles, engineering positions at Glaxo Smith Kline Vaccines and Sweet Street Desserts, and serving as Engineering Services Manager at J&J/Merck Consumer Pharmaceuticals. Troy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
