Don Dalton has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, holding various leadership positions throughout their career. Don most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer at Swensons Drive-In Restaurants, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to that, they were the Chief Operating Officer at Quality Restaurant Group, where they oversaw the operations of 350 quick service restaurants across 15 states. Before joining Quality Restaurant Group, Dalton worked at Red Robin as a Regional Vice President and later as Director of Operations. Don began their career at Chevys Fresh Mex Restaurants, where they served as the Area Director of Operations for over a decade.
Don Dalton completed their undergraduate studies from 1988 to 1991 at Sonoma State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Don later pursued further education and earned a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Organization Development from the University of San Francisco, completing their studies from 1999 to 2001.
