Paul Usewicz is a licensed real estate agent with extensive experience in the residential real estate market, currently affiliated with Swell Realty Co. since November 2023. Previous roles include licensed realtor positions at Swell Real Estate Co. and Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Native American Group. From May 2014 to November 2022, Paul worked as a realtor at Vertical Real Estate. In addition to real estate, Paul has experience as a Dave Ramsey trained financial coach, helping clients achieve financial goals through budgeting and debt management. Paul holds an associate's degree in Law Enforcement from Macomb Community College and has completed financial coaching training.
