Senya Webster has a strong background in operations and entrepreneurship. Senya currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Swell Labs since February 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Head of Operations at Swell Labs from April 2022 to February 2023. Earlier in their career, Senya founded CITYgreens in September 2016 and held the position of Founder until March 2022. Before that, they worked as a Research Analyst at Biogas Researchers in June and July 2014.

Senya Webster completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Economics with an emphasis in Political Economy from Franklin University Switzerland, from 2012 to 2016. In 2017, Senya attended Epicodus, where they studied Ruby on Rails and Javascript programming. Prior to that, Senya attended Marylhurst University from 2011 to 2012, focusing on Philosophy and Environmental Studies, although they did not complete a degree at that time.
