Alex Quintero has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles in different companies.

At Swell, they currently hold the position of VP of Engineering, which they started in March 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Engineering from April 2022 to May 2023.

At Imagine Learning, Alex held multiple roles, including Chief Software Architect from August 2018 to April 2022, Software Architect from January 2015 to August 2018, and Senior Software Engineer from March 2012 to January 2015.

Before joining Imagine Learning, Alex worked at GWAVA, where they held various positions. They were a Senior Software Developer from March 2011 to March 2012, responsible for creating a reporting engine and optimizing the storage database. They also served as the Director of Technical Support from May 2008 to February 2011, where they trained new hires, mentored support technicians, and solved complex support issues. Additionally, they worked as a Product Manager/Tester from July 2006 to February 2011, testing and filing bugs for GWAVA's flagship email product. They also developed automated testing software. Lastly, they worked as a Software Support Engineer from September 2005 to June 2006, providing technical support for GWAVA products and mentoring other engineers.

Alex Quintero attended Utah Valley University from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems.
