Juan Carlos de la Garza is an experienced professional in investments and development, currently serving as an Associate at SWEID & SWEID since May 2021, building on previous experience as an intern in the same department. Juan Carlos has also worked as an Associate at Columbia University and co-founded Estudio Local, where architectural expertise was leveraged from January 2018 to July 2020. As an adjunct professor at Tecnológico de Monterrey from January 2019 to April 2020, Juan Carlos contributed to architectural education. Initial career experience includes a role as an Architectural Intern at LANDA arquitectos from June 2008 to June 2017. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Architecture from Tecnológico de Monterrey, supplemented by completion of the International Baccalaureate.
