As the Founder & CEO of SweetWork since June 2020, Doug Lawyer-Smith helps clients enhance their workplace effectiveness through training, recruitment services, team upskilling, and high-performance coaching. Prior to SweetWork, Doug Lawyer-Smith served as Regional Vice President at RGP, overseeing sales and service across the Midwest, and held various leadership roles including Managing Director and Client Service Director. Doug Lawyer-Smith's earlier career includes positions at MarketSphere Consulting, Resources Global Professionals, Ernst & Young, Arthur Andersen, and Cummins Inc., demonstrating a strong background in managing client relationships and delivering solutions across multiple business domains. Doug Lawyer-Smith holds a BS in Accounting from Indiana University Bloomington and has been active in professional organizations such as Alpha Kappa Psi.
