Erin Thomas, RN, NHA, currently serves as the Director of Program Development and Operations Resource and as the Chief Clinical Officer at Sweetwater Care, a position held since June 2021. Prior to this, Erin held the position of Director of Quality and Regulatory Affairs at the Colorado Health Care Association from November 2020 to June 2021. Erin also accumulated significant experience at Madison Creek Partners, LLC, first as Director of Clinical Operations from July 2013 to June 2017, and then as Director of Operations from June 2017 to October 2020.
