Mila Bolkhovitina has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Mila started their career as a Director and teacher of English Club at Linguistic center "Easy English" in 2012. Mila then worked as a Translator and teacher at Medini from August 2013 to October 2014. Mila then transitioned into sales, working as a Sales Manager at AV Trade Ukraine Ltd from October 2014 to October 2015. Mila then joined Adavice Media in January 2016 as a Sales and Account Manager, where they were responsible for managing partnerships, promoting offers, supervising ad campaigns, and developing marketing materials. Their most recent position was at SweetSoft INC., where they started as a Sales and Account Manager in January 2017 and later became a Business Development Manager in June 2019.

From 2007 to 2012, Mila Bolkhovitina pursued a Master's degree at V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University. Their field of study encompassed Interpretation, Philology, and Teaching.
