Prior roles include Head of Above Dairy - Culinary at Above Food, where responsibilities encompassed managing operations, food manufacturing, and developing company-wide strategies. As a Co-Founder of Culcherd, Elizabeth oversaw daily operations and product development for artisanal plant-based products.
